Beautiful waterfront rental on the intracoastal waterway with expansive views of Cape Romain Wildlife Refuge and Bulls Bay. The house is about one mile South of the caution light in McClellanville in a quiet neighborhood with a dozen or so waterfront homes known as Two Pines. The home has a dock for easy access to the great fishing grounds that surround the area. There is also a pool to cool off on those hot summer days.
The master bedroom has queen bed and it’s own bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom and have double beds in them. The house is equipped with a washer, dryer, stove, refridgerator (with icemaker), dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans, and gas fireplace. The dock is located on the intracoastal waterway and is subject to wave action from passing boats. There is space for two boats to tie up and it is about a 200-300 yard walk from the house to the end of the dock. Pets are allowed.
Rental Rates:
3 night minimum, 1 week = 7 nights
November through April: $150/night or $900/week
May through October: $200/night or $1200/week
Includes Linens, Cleaning Fee, and Accommodation Tax
