Called the “Halfway House” by it’s owners because of it’s location halfway between Charleston and Pawley’s Island, this perfect waterfront rental is located in the Pinckney Street Docks community of McClellanville just pass the town boat landing and offers tons of amenities to it’s guests. Topping this list are the deep-water dock on the Intracoastal Waterway and expansive view of all of Cape Romain Wildlife Refuge. The prime inshore and offshore fishing are right at your front door.
The main floor of the home has a large sitting and living room connected to the screened porch and all enjoying the pristine view. There is a 50″ plasma television with dish network and wi-fi internet throughout the house. The kitchen features a commercial stove and plenty of cooking and serving ware as well a large dining room which also overlooks the water.
The second floor features a living area with 2 sleeper sofa’s attached to an observation / sun deck. There are also 3 large bedrooms with plenty of sleeping arrangements. Downstairs there are two additional bedrooms that share an attached bathroom which each have a single and double bed. There is also a large fridge and freezer, a dock dolley, an outdoor fireplace with seating and gas grill.
This house is pet friendly and has fenced in run area for dogs. No smoking is permitted inside the residence.
Please note that the boat lift is not for use by renters.
