This 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath home is located in McClellanville’s Historic District, just a few blocks from the downtown restaurants and boutiques.

The Golden Pearl, named for the street on which it is built, includes access to a small dock located on a finger of Jeremy Creek.  The dock is shared with two other home owners and would not be suitable for leaving a boat docked as it is only accessible from about half-tide and higher, but is perfect for enjoying a peaceful view or even a little crabbing.

The house is all located on one floor and only a few steps off the ground for those with lowered mobility.  There are 3 true bedrooms and a converted office space which holds two more beds.  The full kitchen is comfortable and offers everything needed to whip up a meal.  The living room is quite spacious and has a large wood burning fireplace and flat-screen TV.

The house features beautiful pine floors through out and the two bathrooms have been recently updated.  The house has satellite TV channels and wi-fi.  There is also a gas grill available for outdoor cooking.

No pets and no smoking is permitted inside the residence
