This home is located on a private 50 acre tract of land that borders the Intracoastal Waterway and Cape Romain Wildlife Refuge. There is no dock access, however there is an amazing view of “the Cape” and the large ponds in front of the home teaming with wildlife which can be accessed by a walking trail. Deer, turkey, bobcats, alligators, owls, wading birds, ducks, otters and more call this place their home.
The home has two bedrooms each with a queen-sized bed and a small office also holds a single bed. There are 2 full bathrooms and a porch on each end of the home to enjoy the morning and evenings. There is a small propane grill, satellite TV, and wi-fi.
Note: This home does have a working lift that could aid disabled guests, but there are two more steps from the lift into the home. The owners also has a cat that will not be there, but people with strong pet allergies may respond to.

- Fill out the Rental Request form below and click submit
- Complete Lease Agreement and return with deposit check within 5 days
