Nicknamed the “Geode House” by the builder, this home presents a classic, Southern architecture on the outside on a quiet, oak-lined street in the heart of the Historic District.  However, the inside of the home is an eclectic mix of modern design with traditional Spanish accents and a high vaulted ceiling.  The house, featured in Charleston Magazine,  is walking distance to the restaurants and downtown boutiques in McClellanville and offers a wonderful site to relax and unwind.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and luxurious master bath.  The two remaining bedrooms feature full-sized beds and share a full bath. The kitchen has a modern induction range and convection oven, refrigerator, and all the cookware you need to prepare meals.  The living room has a fireplace, Dish TV, and wireless internet (wi-fi) throughout, while the  front of the house has a large screened porch on the ground level as well as off the living room and kitchen on the main floor.

No Smoking and No Pets

Rental Rates:
3 night minimum, 1 week = 7 nights
July through October: $150/night or $900/week + $75 cleaning fee
Includes Linens and Accommodation Tax
House Rules can be on the Casa de Paz Rental Agreement

Reservation Process:

1. Check availability on the vacation rental calendar
2. Print Casa de Paz Rental Agreement
3. Fill out the Rental Request form below and click submit
4. Complete Lease Agreement and return with deposit check within 1 week
