Located next to Silver Hill Plantation with sweeping views of marshy finger of Jeremy Creek, the Broadmarsh Cottage is a perfect place to recharge your batteries.  Enjoy marshfront views from the back deck while grilling steaks or in the sunroom as you drink your morning coffee. Broadmarsh is just a mile or two to the downtown restaurants and boutiques and the boat landing.

The master bedroom is located on the first floor with a queen-sized bed.  Upstairs is a full bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the third bedroom.  The living room features a fireplace and TV.  There is a breakfast nook adjacent to the full kitchen with refrigerator and stove.  There is also a washer and dryer on site and all linens are included for your convenience.

Rental Rates:
3 night minimum, 1 week = 7 nights
May through October: $135/night or $810/week + $50 cleaning fee
Includes Linens and Accommodation Tax
House Rules can be on the Broadmarsh Cottage Rental Agreement

Reservation Process:

1. Check availability on the vacation rental calendar
2. Print Broadmarsh Cottage Rental Agreement
3. Fill out the Rental Request form below and click submit
4. Complete Lease Agreement and return with deposit check within 1 week
